Construction details

1. The only predrilled and screwed floor system in the industry. Double thick floor at seams. 80' x 28' home with screws used at seams have 39 tons more holding power than an equal number of staples.

2. The addition of steel strapping along roof to wall intersections provide 6 tons of additional uplift resistance above than provided by screwed connection alone in an 80' home.

3. Steel strapping side wall to floor.Steel strapping in addition to screws used to secure roof trusses to side wall studs.

4. Double 2 x 6 header all exterior doors. Triple 2 x 6 header on all window openings over 30" wide.

5. Triple 2 x 6 plus laminated plywood header above patio door.

6. Multileaf spring system on certain homes to reduce "road shock."

7. Carriage bolts through floor to frame.

8. Oriented strand board sheathing to add extra structural strength to sidewall & end wall.
